A new horizon begins here.Maybe your roles are changing. Maybe you’ve spent years showing up for everyone else. Maybe the life you built no longer feels quite like you. You don’t need every answer to begin exploring what you want now.
A thoughtful space to pause, ask honest questions, and turn what matters to you into practical next steps.
Explore your identity beyond the roles you fill. Reconnect with your interests, values, and hopes as your life changes.
Clarify your needs, practice boundaries, and build confidence in your own choices—one manageable step at a time.
Give your ideas room to grow. Set meaningful goals and explore a direction that fits the life you want to create.

I’m a mother, an adventurer, and a woman who knows that life can change in ways we never planned. My own experiences of loss, reinvention, and changing family roles have shaped the questions I care about most: Who am I now? What matters to me? And what do I want my life to feel like?
Beyond the Before brings those questions into a space for exploration and forward movement. My vision is coaching that combines warmth, honest reflection, and practical steps—with room for both grace and courage.
We begin with your life as it is today, then explore where you want to go.
Make space to notice what’s working, what feels heavy, and what you’re ready to explore.
Connect your values and needs with a clearer picture of what you want next.
Break meaningful goals into realistic actions you can bring into everyday life.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
The practice is being created for women navigating life transitions, changing family roles, questions of identity, and the desire for stronger boundaries or a more personally meaningful direction.
No. Exploring what you want can be part of the work. You can begin with a question, a transition, or a feeling that something needs to change.
Coaching focuses on reflection, goals, choices, and action. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
Consultations are coming soon. Session options, pricing, and booking information will be added here when the practice is ready to welcome clients.
